IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE SPREAD OF SICKNESS TO CLIENTS & STAFF, WE ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMONE WHO IS SICK. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS OF ANY CONTAGIOUS ILLNESSES INCLUDING COVID-19.
WE REQUIRE ALL CLIENTS AND GUESTS WEAR A PROPER FACE COVERING INSIDE OUR STUDIO AT ALL TIMES UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE.
FOR YOUR SAFETY WE DISINFECT REGULARLY. HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS AND SERVICE STATIONS/BEDS ARE DISINFECTED BETWEEN EVERY CLIENT. HAND WASHING AND SANITIZING BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY CLIENT IS REQUIRED OF EACH ARTIST. OUR STUDIO ADHERES TO THE STRICTEST SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WE ASK THAT CLIENTS ARRIVE ON TIME. AFTER A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE POLICY. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ARTIST BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING TO ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELATIONS. TO RESPECT THE TIME AND SCHEDULE OF OUR ARTISTS, ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT TOWARDS YOUR DAY OF SERVICE. WE ASK THAT ANY CANCELATIONS BE DONE 24+ HOURS IN ADVANCE. LAST MINUTE (DAY OF) CANCELATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CHARGE IN FULL. CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE POLICY: IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER THE 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND MUST RESCHEDULED VIA THE BOOKING PAGE. YOUR DEPOSIT DOES NOT TRANSFER OVER AND A NEW DEPOSIT MUST BE TAKEN.
